In-between gloomy days, the sun decided to peek out between the clouds for my shoot with gorgeous Angel. I leave Australia very soon, so I knew I wanted my last shoot with a model to be a tribute to our amazing beaches here at home. It’s my first time really embracing the beach summer theme and I loved it! Angel’s gorgeous natural features perfectly suited our summery backdrop. We walked out into the cool waters and I ended up sitting down in the ocean in my dress, my camera just inches from the oceans waves.

Hi Claire, I’m asking this question here because you’ve been kind of absent from tumblr lately.
Is that shoot something you did by yourself? I see the styling is from her wardrobe so is that a case of you contacting an agency to do test shots? Is it unpaid work? If it is, did you handle the costs of transportation, etc etc? I’m in desperate need of some practice but I’m not sure I feel confident enough borrowing a model, I’m afraid both her and the agency will find the outcome disappointing 🙁
